Terms and Services — JMV3 Productions / JMV3 Galleries

By accessing or using the JMV3 Productions / JMV3 Galleries website and its photo galleries, you agree to the following Terms and Services regarding the viewing, downloading, sharing, and use of photographs and other website content.
1. Ownership and Copyright
All photographs, images, graphics, logos, text, designs, videos, and other materials available through JMV3 Productions and JMV3 Galleries are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, all photographs and visual content remain the property of JMV3 Productions, JMV3 Galleries, the photographer, or the applicable copyright holder. Downloading or accessing a photograph does not transfer ownership or copyright of that photograph to the person downloading it.
2. Personal Use and Downloads
Visitors are permitted to view and download photographs from JMV3 Galleries for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise stated for a particular gallery or photograph.
Permitted personal uses include:
Downloading photographs for personal records;
Saving photographs to personal devices;
Printing photographs for personal use;
Sharing photographs with family and friends for non-commercial purposes; and
Posting photographs on personal social media accounts for non-commercial purposes, provided the photograph is not misrepresented and appropriate credit is given when reasonably possible.
3. Social Media Sharing
Visitors may share downloaded photographs on personal social media accounts for non-commercial purposes.
When sharing photographs, users are encouraged to credit JMV3 Productions / JMV3 Galleries and/or the photographer and, when appropriate, provide a link to the original gallery or website.
Users may not remove watermarks, copyright notices, logos, or other identifying information from photographs when sharing them.
4. Prohibited Uses
Unless prior written permission has been obtained from JMV3 Productions, JMV3 Galleries, or the applicable copyright owner, downloaded photographs may not be:
Sold, resold, or licensed;
Used for commercial purposes;
Used in advertisements, marketing, or promotional materials;
Used to promote a business, organization, product, or service;
Uploaded to stock photography websites or image-sharing services for redistribution;
Printed and sold as merchandise or products;
Used to create products for sale, including posters, calendars, apparel, or other merchandise;
Used in paid advertising or sponsored content;
Claimed as the original work of another person;
Redistributed in a manner that provides another person with access to the photographs for commercial or unauthorized purposes; or
Used in any manner that violates applicable copyright or intellectual property laws.
5. Commercial Use and Licensing
Commercial use of any photograph requires prior written permission from JMV3 Productions, JMV3 Galleries, or the applicable copyright owner.
Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, advertising, business promotion, merchandise, publications, paid media, marketing campaigns, commercial websites, promotional materials, and any other use intended to generate revenue or promote a commercial entity.

Permission for commercial use must be obtained before the photograph is used for a commercial purpose.
6. Editing and Alteration
Users may make reasonable crops or adjustments to photographs for personal use or personal social media presentation, provided the alterations do not misrepresent the photograph, photographer, event, or individuals depicted.
Users may not remove watermarks, copyright notices, logos, or other ownership information without written permission.
Photographs may not be manipulated in a manner that falsely attributes the work to another photographer or creator.
7. Download Availability
The availability of a download option on JMV3 Galleries constitutes permission to download the applicable photograph for the purposes permitted under these Terms and Services.
Downloading a photograph does not:
Transfer copyright ownership;
Transfer exclusive rights;
Grant a commercial license;
Grant permission to resell the photograph; or
Grant permission to redistribute the photograph as a downloadable file.
JMV3 Productions / JMV3 Galleries may place additional restrictions on specific galleries, photographs, or downloads when necessary.
8. Third-Party Rights
Photographs may contain individuals, businesses, trademarks, locations, artwork, or other material belonging to third parties.
Permission to download a photograph does not necessarily grant permission to use third-party intellectual property contained within the photograph for commercial or otherwise restricted purposes.
Users are responsible for determining whether additional permissions are required for their intended use.
9. Copyright Infringement
Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, resale, redistribution, alteration, or other infringement of copyrighted photographs may result in JMV3 Productions, JMV3 Galleries, or the applicable copyright owner pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
JMV3 Productions / JMV3 Galleries reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms and Services.
10. Removal of Content
JMV3 Productions / JMV3 Galleries reserves the right to remove, restrict, replace, or modify photographs, galleries, and other website content at any time.
The availability of a photograph or gallery does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.
11. Changes to These Terms
JMV3 Productions / JMV3 Galleries reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Services at any time.
Changes will become effective when the updated Terms and Services are posted on the applicable website. Continued use of the website or downloading of photographs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
